While I agree with Tony, I also think it is important to remember to actually ask questions. There have been so many moments where I could have just asked a question and been given a quick and easy to understand answer, saving myself time researching the answer when I practically had an expert sitting next to me. How silly is that! I encourage you not to be afraid or too proud to ask a question. Know that many people enjoy answering questions and like to be helpful.
On a more personal note, when I suffered from depression and anxiety I had a hard time remembering such a simple fact. It’s okay to feel anxiety, just know in your heart that the world isn’t full of mean and heartless people. Sure, you’ll run into people like that along with way, just keep in mind that you don’t need to take it personally and that they cannot hurt you without your permission. So, with that in mind, go ahead, ask away. Don’t be afraid. And if you are, push through it, regardless of if your question is answered be proud that you were courageous enough to come out of your comfort zone and ask anyway!
From my heart to yours,
